Poetry truly captures the essence of adventure
I consider myself an adventurer. I travel by bicycle and live on the road. I find that few people understand the experiences that I've had, but Tarr is obviously one of those few. He uses simple, charming verse to put across the feelings that adventurers have in private as they face loneliness, difficulty, danger, and of course the ultimate question of their purpose in life and in risking their life. Ultimately, Tarr's sense of faith in humanity and in the sacred shines through even the passages that reflect on the hardest times. This book is a treasure that truly communicates the joy of adventure.

Highly Recommend
If you are looking for well written, eloquent, and inspiring poetry, I highly recommend Thoughts Discovered: The Wonder of It All. The poems touch on varying themes from faith (such as "In the Morning" and "Night Sky") to nature, but the common thread of inspiration and wonder is present throughout. These are real and honest poems that everyone, no matter what their situation or walk of life, will be able to relate to (and that is the mark of true poetry, is it not?). Hopefully the author will continue to write and share his work.
